days Privacy Policy

days shows your own photos, plans and writing as a feed that only you can see. It has no accounts, no followers, no advertising and no server of its own, and it does not track you.
What stays on your iPhone
With your permission, days reads on your device your photos and videos, calendar events and the items in the Reminders app, and shows them in your feed. They are never copied to us or anyone else. When you add an event or a to-do in days, it is saved to your Calendar or Reminders; photos you take are saved to your photo library.
What you create in the app
Your writing, comments, bookmarks, anniversaries and check-ins are stored on your device and, when you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud account — a private CloudKit database that only your devices can read, synced by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We cannot access it. You can delete your writing in Settings ▸ days Data.
Location, weather and maps
- Weather: to show the weather, your current location (if you allow it) or the place where a day's photos were taken is sent to Apple Weather (WeatherKit).
- Check-ins: to find nearby places, name your location and draw map previews, your location or the place you choose is sent to Apple Maps.
These requests go to Apple and are handled under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your location.
Usage statistics and crash reports
To improve the app, days sends anonymous usage statistics through Google Firebase Analytics — which screens and features are used and how often (for example that a post of a certain kind was created or opened, or a filter was chosen), with counts — and crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics. Along with these go the app version, the iOS version, the device model, a random app-installation ID, technical diagnostics of crashes, and an approximate location (such as the country) that Google derives from the IP address.
This never includes your photos, events, to-dos, writing, comments, titles, places you visit or anything else you see in the feed. It is not linked to you, is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and no advertising identifier is collected. It is handled under Google's privacy policy. Turn it off at any time in Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Share Anonymous Usage Statistics; collection stops immediately.
Notifications
Anniversary and new-month notifications are scheduled on your device. No notification content is sent to us.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information. Data leaves your device only in the ways described above: to Apple (iCloud, Weather, Maps) and to Google Firebase (anonymous statistics and crash reports).
Children
days is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.

iPhone 안에 머무는 정보
사용자가 허용한 경우에만 사진과 동영상, 캘린더 일정, 미리 알림 앱의 항목을 기기 안에서 읽어 피드에 보여 줍니다. 이 정보는 저희나 제3자에게 복사되지 않습니다. days에서 일정이나 할 일을 추가하면 캘린더와 미리 알림에 저장되고, 찍은 사진은 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다.
앱에서 만든 정보
작성한 글, 답글, 북마크, 기념일, 체크인은 기기에 저장되며, iCloud에 로그인되어 있으면 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정, 즉 사용자의 기기만 읽을 수 있는 비공개 CloudKit 데이터베이스에도 저장되어 Apple 개인정보 보호 정책에 따라 Apple이 기기 간에 동기화합니다. 저희는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다. 글은 설정 ▸ days 데이터에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
위치, 날씨, 지도
- 날씨: 날씨를 보여 주기 위해 현재 위치(허용한 경우) 또는 그날 사진을 찍은 장소를 Apple 날씨(WeatherKit)에 보냅니다.
- 체크인: 주변 장소를 찾고, 현재 위치의 이름을 붙이고, 지도 미리보기를 그리기 위해 위치나 선택한 장소를 Apple 지도에 보냅니다.
이 요청은 Apple로 전송되어 Apple 개인정보 보호 정책에 따라 처리되며, 저희는 위치를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
사용 통계와 오류 보고
앱 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics로 익명 사용 통계를 보냅니다. 어떤 화면과 기능을 얼마나 썼는지(예: 어떤 종류의 게시물을 만들거나 열었는지, 필터를 골랐는지)와 그 개수입니다. 또 Firebase Crashlytics로 오류(크래시) 보고를 보냅니다. 여기에는 앱 버전, iOS 버전, 기기 모델, 무작위로 만든 앱 설치 ID, 오류의 기술 진단 정보, Google이 IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치(국가 등)가 함께 포함됩니다.
사진, 일정, 할 일, 글, 답글, 제목, 방문한 장소 등 피드에 보이는 내용은 절대 포함되지 않습니다. 이 정보는 사용자와 연결되지 않고, 광고나 앱 간 추적에 쓰이지 않으며, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않습니다. 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 설정 ▸ 개인정보 보호 ▸ 익명 사용 통계 보내기에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며, 끄는 즉시 수집이 중단됩니다.
알림
기념일과 새로운 달 알림은 기기에서 예약됩니다. 알림 내용은 저희에게 전송되지 않습니다.
제3자 제공
개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 데이터가 기기 밖으로 나가는 경우는 위에 적은 Apple(iCloud, 날씨, 지도)과 Google Firebase(익명 통계, 오류 보고)뿐입니다.
아동
days는 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
변경
정책이 바뀌면 수정일과 함께 이 주소에 게시합니다.

daysは、自分の写真や予定、書いたノートを、自分だけが見られるフィードとして表示するアプリです。 アカウント、フォロワー、広告、独自のサーバーはなく、ユーザーをトラッキングしません。
iPhoneの中にとどまる情報
許可した場合に限り、写真とビデオ、カレンダーの予定、リマインダーAppの項目をデバイス内で読み込み、フィードに表示します。これらが当社や第三者にコピーされることはありません。 daysで予定やToDoを追加すると、カレンダーやリマインダーに保存されます。撮った写真は写真ライブラリに保存されます。
アプリで作成した情報
ノート、コメント、ブックマーク、記念日、チェックインはデバイスに保存され、iCloudにサインインしている場合は、 ユーザー本人のiCloudアカウント（ユーザーのデバイスだけが読める非公開のCloudKitデータベース）にも保存され、 Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従ってAppleがデバイス間で同期します。当社はこの情報にアクセスできません。ノートは設定 ▸ daysのデータから削除できます。
位置情報、天気、マップ
- 天気：天気を表示するため、現在地（許可した場合）またはその日に写真を撮った場所を Appleの天気（WeatherKit）に送信します。
- チェックイン：近くの場所を探し、現在地に名前をつけ、地図のプレビューを表示するため、 位置情報や選んだ場所をAppleのマップに送信します。
これらの要求はAppleに送られ、Appleのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。当社は位置情報を受け取ったり保存したりしません。
利用統計とクラッシュレポート
アプリの改善のため、Google Firebase Analyticsで匿名の利用統計（どの画面や機能がどのくらい使われたか。例：どの種類の投稿を作成・表示したか、フィルタを選んだか、とその回数）を、 Firebase Crashlyticsでクラッシュレポートを送信します。あわせて、アプリのバージョン、 iOSのバージョン、デバイスのモデル、ランダムに作られたアプリのインストールID、クラッシュの技術的な診断情報、 GoogleがIPアドレスから推定するおおよその位置（国など）が送信されます。
写真、予定、ToDo、ノート、コメント、タイトル、訪れた場所など、フィードに表示される内容は一切含まれません。この情報はユーザーと結びつけられず、広告やアプリ間のトラッキングには使われず、 広告識別子は収集しません。取り扱いにはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。設定 ▸ プライバシー ▸ 匿名の利用統計を送信でいつでもオフにでき、オフにするとすぐに収集が止まります。
通知
記念日と新しい月の通知はデバイス上で予約されます。通知の内容が当社に送信されることはありません。
第三者への提供
個人情報を販売したり第三者に提供したりしません。データがデバイスの外に出るのは、上記のApple（iCloud、天気、マップ）と Google Firebase（匿名の統計、クラッシュレポート）だけです。
お子さま
daysは13歳未満のお子さまを対象としておらず、どなたの個人情報も収集しません。
変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新日とともにこのアドレスに掲載します。
