Creating a Project

Layerz is an iOS Document-Based App, so when you create a new project, it is saved as a .layerz file, and the created file is stored entirely on your device.

Depending on your environment, you can save and manage it on iCloud or any Cloud Drive.

When you launch Layerz, you will see an interface similar to Finder.

Pressing the 'Create Document' button displays a list of available Templates.

Generally, selecting Empty works without any issues.

More useful Templates will be continuously added in the future.

Choose a name for your project and set an Accent Color. (System Blue is set by default.)

Finally, pressing the 'Create' button creates the project file, which is automatically saved, and you are ready to start designing.
